Shipping policy

All orders with exception of custom commissions are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification will be sent when your order has shipped. Custom orders will ship as soon as the item is complete or custom commission has fully cured and is able to be safely packed and shipped.

Specific time estimates will be given at the time a custom order or commission is accepted.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
