Refund Policy

At Brule River ArtisTree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom products and personal care goods cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
